Frozen Yogurt Bark

Heather found this delicious low sugar dessert in the Better homes and Garden magazine. OK, so we change up recipes depending on what we have in the cupboard or what sounds better to our taste buds. Our version is below. Click on this Better homes and Garden for the original recipe.

Better Homes and Garden Frozen yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Greek yogurt

1 tsp agave syrup

1 tsp amazing vanilla!

Toppings toppings toppings!

DIRECTIONS

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. In a bowl combine yogurt, agave and vanilla. Chop chocolates and cut up fruit to bite size. Stir in whichever fillings you want inside the yogurt. We did all the chocolates inside; also blueberries, and rosemary. Spread mixture on prepared parchment paper and sprinkle with toppings. Freeze for 2-4 hours. Break apart and ENJOY! (or scoop into a bowl before it's frozen and eat as a yummy dessert just like that!)

All the combos of toppings we tried (because it is what we had);

1. Mint dark chocolate bar- ALL BY ITSELF!

2. Coconut chocolate bar, strawberries, blueberries, and toasted coconut flakes

3. Dark chocolate covered almonds, fresh rosemary, oranges, and cacao nibs
